It is suitable for the weaving of various natural fibers (such as cotton, wool, silk, hemp) and various man-made fibers and synthetic fibers. It can weave single-width, double-width and multiple-width fabrics, especially suitable for wide yarn-dyed weaving.

1. The machine has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient operation, easy adjustment of fabric replacement; high degree of automation and wide range of weaving;
2. Using a microcomputer control system, it has the functions of automatic weft search, fault detection, automatic weft selection, automatic stop when warp is broken, automatic stop when weft break, and LCD display.
3. The opening mechanism adopts an active lower dobby machine. According to the designed fabric structure, the lifting movement of the heald frame is controlled by the pre-programmed paper or program. It can also be equipped with an electronic dobby.
4. The weft insertion mechanism is a double-sword single-sided weft feeding. The flexible rapier belt driven by a conjugate cam and a clamping weft clamp transfer the weft yarn in the center to complete the weft insertion. The optimized design and precision machining of the conjugate cam controls the entire weft insertion process, which can make the rapier head movement more reasonable and ensure stable weft tension, reliable transfer and stable operation when the loom is running at high speed.
5. The beating-up mechanism is driven by a conjugate cam to drive the short sley and the foot-separated sley, which utilizes inertia to beat-up to reduce the impact of motion and energy consumption. The beating-up conjugate cam has the same high precision as the weft insertion conjugate cam, which drives a strong short sley to ensure the beating-up force when weaving high-density fabrics and heavy fabrics.
6. The active let-off mechanism adopts a compound adjustment system to ensure uniform let-off and stable let-off tension.
7. The winding mechanism is actively and continuously driven by the worm wheel, worm and sprocket to realize continuous winding.
8. Weft selection can be up to 8 colors, and irregular weft selection is possible. You can choose electronic and mechanical weft selection.
9. The 4kw main motor drives each mechanism of the loom through the electromagnetic brake clutch. The electromagnetic brake clutch cooperates with the electronic control system to accurately control the starting, positioning and stopping, and inching functions of the loom.
10. With leno selvedge device, it can be equipped with fold-in side and hot-melt side device.
11. The main transmission gear train adopts oil bath lubrication, the pendulum shaft bearing adopts regular forced lubrication, and the oil bath parts adopt sealed bearings.
