1.How do you usually work with a new client? We would first offer a new client with the sample he/she's interested to review quality and other details first. Once sample confirmed, the client could place a trial order to us, without any MOQ limited. With the first trial order, they can better understand the whole working process with us including communication, respond speed, delivery service, product quality etc.
2.What's your trade term? We can do FOB/CIF/CFR/DDP.
3.How long it would usually take for sample? Our mock-up time is usually 7-10days depending on the sample selected.
4.What's your lead time for formal order? Usually 20-35days depending on the qty and products you order.
5.How long is your product warranty? Our warranty for our products is 5 years.
6.What's your payment term? 50% down payment, and balance due before shipment or against copy of BL.
